Matt White Interview – The Temperance Movement – Everyone Loves Guitar

Originally from a small mining town in the north of England, Matt moved to London to go to music college and hasn’t left since. He’s spent the last 20 years as a session and touring player with artists like Alison Moyet, James Morrison, Cee Lo Green and now as a full time member of The Temperance Movement, where he also co-writes songs.

Really candid and fun call, Matt talks about “just making it” into London College of Music, how he got involved with The Temperance Movement and some of his other projects, biggest move he ever made, dealing with a very uncomfortable career setback and what he learned from this, the happiest time in his life, quitting session work, LEICA and more.
